Sacred Laws within Us

spider web

Sacred Laws create and re-create life itself.  These laws reach into the very core of our being, our every thought, word, and deed.  We have lost the knowledge of Sacred Law and its presence in the reality of our daily lives.  Even when we embrace the concept of something greater, whatever we might call it, we put it outside ourselves as an external concept.  We miss the innate connection we carry inside and have become ignorant of the consequences of violating Sacred Law.  We wring our hands and shake our heads at the headlines and the dysfunction in our own families and wonder, “How do we change this?”  We change by awakening to how we are irrevocably interconnected with all things and understanding that these Laws of Creation are the Breath of Life, our breath, our life.  They are outside us and within us.  We incur karma when we violate any of these Sacred and Natural Laws.

Prophetic Dreams

memory-photos

In the Northwest is the Prophetic Dream. It is the pattern place of dreaming. In these dreams, you are working with your Book of Life and the Chuluamahdah-hey (Karma Lords & Dharma Masters) in order to gain memory of who you are and what you came here to do. Often these are impactful dreams and not quickly forgotten. These dreams teach us how we can change our karma into dharma, i.e., our pain patterns into pleasure and knowledge. They are used to guide us into our fate, destiny, and the fulfillment of our internal structure, our inner prophecy. It is how you choose to dream in the moment.

Note, however, that you will not know for sure it your dream was a Prophetic Dream until it manifests in the tonal.

Twenty Count Tuesday – Sacred Kachina-hey, Dream Teachers

dream-1804598_1280

The Kachina-hey, the 17th Power of the Universe, play the sound of All the Ways Will Gather Together within the Rainbow Circle Dance. You must Dream this Way, they sing. You must awaken with the Song of the seventeenth Power of the Southwest. Hear the Great Kachina Powers. They are the Dream Teachers! They are chanting the Dance Your Dream Awake Chant, the Blessed Beauty Way Chant, The Sacred Medicine Pipe Chant and the Sacred SunDance Way Chant. Their chants are as infinite and as many as the stars within the great sky. All of these are the Sacred Chants of Great Power.  They point the way to the dream of the eighteenth Power of the Northwest.

The Kachina-hey speak to us in symbols and sigils, both in our asleep dreams and in our awake dreams.  They help us to process our life experience so we can learn the lessons while we are in karma, or grab the greatest opportunities when we are in dharma.  They also point out and mirror to us our closed symbols, those places where we say to ourselves, ‘Oh, I’ll never do that!’ or ‘I couldn’t possibly…’ or ‘this is the way I always do…’  Holding these closed symbols at arm’s length takes an enormous amount of energy.  When we approach a closed symbol, open the door, and walk through, we make the unknown known and gain the energy that was once used to keep the symbol closed.

7 Arrows – Dark Arrow of Attachment

chain-232930_1280

When something happens, we choose our response. This choice becomes our action and colors our perception of what continues to happen. When we are at the effect of our own internal pretender voices or pretense, other people, time, space, life in general, we step into our karma circle, chasing our tails round and round like a fox.

In this Circle of Foxes, the first arrow that is selected is Attachments.  This choice is based on strong needs that are out of balance and often motivated by ignorance.  We have basic reality needs such as are food and water, tools and skills, shelter and clothing, healing and knowledge, free will and orgasticness, without which we will truly suffer. Attachment, as an out of balance need, is the moment of choosing long-term pain for the sake of short-term pleasure.

Think of the moments you choose long-term pain for short-term pleasure…  Are you attached to your cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a drink after work? Do you look at your phone before you are even awake and are out of bed in the morning? Maybe your cupboards or refrigerator have to be arranged just so. Maybe it’s the co-dependent relationship or possibly an addictive substance.  How do you create long-term pain in your life by choosing ATTACHMENTS?

Animal Medicine Monday – Elk

elk_1280
Elk, the largest and most regal member of the deer family, are the totem animal corresponding to the sun sign of Sagittarius.

Elk are fast, good jumpers, and considerate.  While traveling in gangs, they take turns making trails in the snow.

Elk are master teachers and healers, as well as the awakener of the unconscious. This keeper of thunder and lightning teaches us to “hear the lightning and see the thunder,” which helps bring us from fantasy into the light of knowledge.  Master of rules and laws; Elk teaches us to resolve our karma circles. They are also the guardians of the gateway into the unknown (the nagual or spirit world) and masters of physical sexuality and orgasm.

The Dance of the Twenty Count: 18 Karma Masters

The Children’s Twenty Count describes our world as we live in it, and the powers that influence us here in our attempt to establish interconnection, interreliability and interdependence with all things.

Thus far we have presented in each blog post, the numbers 1- 10, representing the powers that are the “so below“…the numbers that are related to this 3rd dimensional reality and “all that is green“…

As we discuss the upper numbers (11-20), we begin with the powers that are the “as above“…the numbers that are related to beyond this 3rd dimensional reality and “all that is blue“…

18 = Chuluamahdah-hey (Karma Masters)

The Chuluamahdah-hey are the keepers of our Book of Life and represent the number 18. They are the magickal teachers and work with pure magickal energies such as the ten Magickal Laws to create your everyday (tonal) physical world.

The Book of Life is the place where our sacred images for this lifetime are stored or recorded. These images are all the mirrors that we chose, out of which and within which we reflect ourselves. They give you the teachings you have asked for in this life in order to grow and evolve. These sacred images are the karma and dharma which we are dealing with in this lifetime.

In the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path, karma is lessons or patterns we have repeated from one lifetime to the next. They are in our lives to learn from. Karma is readily identifiable because it often translates as pain. When we change the pattern, we will experience a different outcome and … hopefully … pleasure or happiness. In other words, we will experience dharma.

Our elders teach us that when you were in spirit, your greater self met with the Chuluamahdah-hey and discussed what lessons unlearned in other lifetimes you still needed to learn, and which ones you were wanting to learn in your next incarnation.

Next you decided on what parents, social, economic, political and religious settings to be born into that would give you the best chance to learn these lessons. All of these decisions and more were recorded in your Book of Life, which is only for this spirit personality living here on Earth in the present. (The collections of all of your lifetime lessons are known as the Akashic Records, which also include your sacred images.)

The Chuluamahdah-hey teach us how to break unproductive patterns through learning how to use chaotic energy. When you break these patterns, you change karma to dharma and pain into pleasure.

Isn’t it time for a little less pain and a little more pleasure in your life?
