Keepers of the Dream

bear-dream

Sweet Medicine, the spiritual energy of all animals of the planet (14) in the Twenty Count, are the keepers of the dream. In particular, the two animals most used in dreaming are the owl and the bear.  Owls are the bringers of the dream and the bears are the holders of the dream.  You may have seen the Zuni bear fetishes and noticed that a coral or turquoise stone and a small arrowhead will be attached. This is so the bear, who is the holder of the dream, can point the way to the dream.

7 Arrows – Rainbow Arrow of Gaining Abundance & Prosperity

dream-catcher-168655_1280

Like the light and dark arrows, the Rainbow Arrows build on one another.  Here at the 7th Rainbow Arrow, we have made the choice to pick up the light arrows of self-awareness, self-appreciation, self-acceptance, self-pleasure, self-love, self-actualization, and impeccability.  In doing this, the dark arrows of attachments, dependencies, judgments, comparisons, expectations, the needy child syndrome, and ego self-importance have been broken.  The Rainbow Arrows that are now in our quiver are the gaining of Illumination, Introspection, Trust & Innocence, Wisdom, Alignment, Balance, harmonic Resonance, and Full & Open Heart-to-Heart Communication.

The Gain of Abundance and Prosperity in our Personal Dream, our day to day life, is gifted to us as the 7th Rainbow Arrow.  We have the energy and drive to open to our Sacred Dream, our desire for enlightenment.  We give our beauty and shining to the Collective Planetary Dream, and the Collective begins to feed your Personal Dream.

Your Dream is Awake!

7 Arrows – Light Arrow of Self-Actualization

The 6th Light Arrow is Self-Actualization.  When we choose this arrow from our quiver, we say yes to a new concept of self-respect.  We become successful because we are having fun and finding pleasure doing exactly what we want, our heart’s desire.  We dream big and bring them to reality through our Self-Actualization!

Picking up this arrow breaks the 6th arrow of the Needy Child Syndrome.  Our identity is no longer dependent on an absolute need for love, recognition, acceptance, security and support from others as a way to define ourselves.

Animal Medicine Monday – Snow Goose

Snow Goose is the Sweet Medicine animal totem within SunBear’s Earth Astrology that corresponds to the sun sign of Capricorn.

The Snow Goose is the Bringer and Keeper of the earthly, personal and tonal dream, meaning how we live our every day life. Do we have a roof over our head, food in the pantry, gas in the car?  Are our bills paid?  Are our bodies healthy?  They are also the Keeper of mirrors and the masks of self, our Book of Life.  Who do we know ourselves to be?  How do people, events, and relationships mirror our self-concept? Are we aware of when we wear a mask to fit in, conform or belong or as an act of controlled folly?  Snow Goose helps us to translate the screenplay our Higher Self wrote it in our Book of Life, bringing clarity to our awake dreaming.

You might recognize some of Snow Geese’s traits that you relate to… They don’t like to travel without the company of another couple dozen geese and can form flocks of several hundred thousand. Snow Geese stay with the same mate for life. During spring migration, large flocks of snow geese fly very high along narrow corridors, more than 3,000 mi.

Twenty Count Tuesday – Sacred Law of Cycles

butterfly-stages_1280

To know all the words, lyrics and melody of this Song, we must turn to the Northwest, to the eighth Power, for this is the Song of the Circle of Law. At first we may be confused. We must listen closely. There appears to be more than one Song coming from this place and there are many instruments that are being played by this Power of the Northwest and we see that they are really Rules and Laws. The sounds they make are those of the Sacred Image and Law Chants. Together they create the Rules and Laws or our Sacred Image or the Circle of Law Chant.

This really causes us to listen because we are beginning to hear the harmonics carried within the Southeast and blending with those of the Southwest. These are like whispers within the Sound of the Circle of Law Chant. Now we are really becoming awake and we begin to notice that we See the Sound within the Light and Hear the Light within the Sound! At first, this is confusing, but it seems to wake us up from the more common sleeping state. We begin to tune our instruments so that we can play in harmony with what we are experiencing. The longer we play, the more in tune we become! We begin to see and hear that within this Circle of Law Chant is our book of Life and all the Songs that we have ever sung, all the Music that we have ever played and all the Chants that will be our Dream of the Future Song. This is our Music that we play.

Twenty Count Tuesday – Sacred Dream

colorful_1280

As the Powers sing their Songs and play their Music, we begin to hear from the seventh Power, which is playing in the Southwest. This Power is difficult to hear, for its Song comes from within us and yet is outside of us. Here sits the Power of the Sacred Dream and it sings to us the Song of the Beauty of Symbol. It sings to us the Song of Beauty. It sings to us the Chant of the Memory Circle and if we hear this Chant, we begin to Awaken. We begin to realize the Past, the Present and the Future may appear to be different Songs, but they are really different lyrics within the same Song.

Four Elements ~ The Void

Screen Shot 2016-09-02 at 11.54.05 AMIn the Center of the Element Wheel is the void, the black hole or womb. The void works with all of the four elements. In fact, it is from the void, the apparent nothing, the source, that all things take on substance within spirit. This is the Chuluaqui Quodoushka energy that was mentioned in the creation story. The void works with the energy of open heart to heart communication. It is the catalyst energy that makes and keeps the other elements in a state of balance or imbalance depending on how it is used.

Ask yourself… Am I catalyzing my life in balance?

Connect with the Void energy if there is a dream you would like to birth, a potential you would like to actualize, or to bring more harmony and balance into your life!

The Dance of the Twenty Count: 7 Symbols of The Dream

The Children’s Twenty Count describes our world as we live in it, and the powers that influence us here in our attempt to establish interconnection, interreliability and interdependence with all things.

As we begin to discuss the lower numbers, we begin with the powers that are the “so below“…the numbers that are related to this 3rd dimensional reality and “all that is green“…

7 = Symbols of The Dream

The dream is the process of living life itself. It is our day to day living which is experienced through symbol sigil form. It is the experience of what we call spiritual sexual eros which is the desire to live life fully awake, aware and alert in the now. It means to be an autonomous, individually free human being within this lifetime who is fully awake.

is the place of our personal dream, which is how we take care of our personal survival needs, such as food in our bellies, clothes on our body and a roof over our head. Often it also includes our career or job.

It is also the place of our sacred dream. The sacred dream is very simple, but not always easy. It is our continued self growth and development, which will bring about the evolution of our soul to maturity.

7 is also the place of the planetary dream, which is said to be the destiny of Grandmother Earth… it is her next evolutionary jump.

7 is also is the collective dream which is the dream of peace for all humans on Grandmother Earth.

A basic teaching about the seven is that the goal is to have your personal, sacred and collective dream in alignment with one another, so that the personal dream feeds the sacred dream, and the sacred dream feeds the collective dream. As a result, the collective dream comes around full circle and feeds your personal dream.

Sometimes when people first begin spiritual self growth, they focus so much on the sacred dream that their personal dream suffers. To ensure success, you must make sure your everyday world  (the tonal) is taken care of and provides a stable foundation for your spiritual self growth and development.

Little by little you can move the energy of the personal dream into alignment with the sacred and collective dreams with a strong foundation.

Then, the each of the dreams will all be in alignment and feed one another.
