In the Center of the Orende Movement Wheel is Harmony. It is what you gain when you dance the wheel of orende choices within the law of energy.
If you remember, the cardinal directions of any wheel stabilize the energy and the non-cardinals move the energy. And, as we know, energy is constantly moving, changing, creating design or pattern, creating choreography and movement. Harmony, which sits in the center of this wheel, catalyzes both the stabilization and the movement of our orende. In other words, we can be “stable” in repulsion, adhesion, cohesion or change. OR, we can be conscious of the dark and light energy choices of competition, opposition, conflict, and alignment to “move” the energy.
Are you willing to wake up to where you are now in your relationships with self, life and others? Are you willing to make the conscious, determinative choice of the energy necessary to make a change and evolve? You are the author of your Book of Life. What story are you going to write?
At the fifteenth power, the Souls of all Humans, we begin to dance for joy. We begin to see through the eyes and ears of all our brother and sister humans. As we see through their eyes and hear with their ears, we realize that they are like mirrors to us. In fact, everything around us, every Power within this Orchestra, is a mirror. Each reflects back to us our own Inner Light. This reflection is carried on the Sacred Winds as the Songs of our Soul and we can see this Great Mirror reflected back to us from the East of Center of the Circle of Life. It sings the Gathering Together Circle Song and chants the Sacred Rainbow Chant of the SunDance Way. It sings to us, little sister, little brother, the Look within Yourself Song. See the Beauty of All that is. Open our eyes and look around you and see the many mirrors and the many powers. Look into and through the eyes of even one brother or sister and you can see the Whole Universe!
We know deep within the interdependence, interconnectedness, interreliability of all the worlds, especially the human world.
Everything in the cosmos has a vibration, a frequency, a song or dance. The Twenty Count is the skeleton of and the key to all knowledge. It is a blueprint to understand the sacred powers of the Universe. Through our interaction with these Twenty Powers, we are able to experience how all forms of all things are interconnected, interreliable and interdependent with all forms of all other things. The Twenty Count opens the door to magick and mystery.
No matter how many times we study these Powers, each time again, we discover a new aspect of the Great Mystery.

Dance with friends to Mihi’s music!
Razel gets her groove on!
Today the Rainbow Power Center was jamming with music, dancing, laughter, health, and abundance as 22 women gathered to dance in support of the recovery of those with spinal cord injuries. The event raised hundreds of dollars for The Lone Star Paralysis Foundation and was sponsored by Arizona Nia Teachers (including Razel Wolf who is also a SMSD teacher) and AZNiaNow. A portion of these funds will benefit Daniel Curtis, the son of a Nia Trainer, who sustained a spinal cord injury in May of 2011.
From the Nia website: “Nia is the original body-mind fusion fitness program – blending inspiration from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts to create a fun, pleasurable, health-enhancing practice for people of all ages and levels of fitness and helping us reconnect to the Joy of Movement!”
Flexibility, agility, mobility, strength, and stability. Joy, laughter, and the power of individual expression. Aerobics, stretching, coordination, technique, beauty. Nia includes it all, and teachers and classes can be found worldwide.
We were blessed to have such power and giveaway fill our space today, calling us all into the dance!
