You may know different words that describe our life force energy: chi, ki, prana, or chuluaqui. Orende is a word that indicates the measure of duration and intensity, both internally and externally, of our life force energy. Simply put, it measures how strong our life force is.
Everything that is in existence has an energy and vibration called Orende. This includes human beings. For example, our sun has an overall energy vibration measure of one. Our planet has an overall energy vibration measure of two. The plants have a vibration of three, and the animals are four. When a human is fully awakened, they have an overall energy vibration of five or above. The higher the orende level, the more stamina, endurance, and overall energy you will have.
The measure and duration of our life force energy as it manifests in this 3rd dimensional, substance reality is defined as Tonal orende. In humans, tonal orende is calculated based on five different aspects: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and sexual.
In each direction of the Warrior Attributes wheel, there are two attributes. The first attribute carries the feminine energy and the second carries the masculine energy. In each pair, you must have the feminine aspect mastered before you can step into and embody the masculine aspect.
The Warrior’s Attributes in the West are Power and Strength. Power is your ability to will something when you don’t have strength. Through the use of your will, you can access and utilize all of your resources. Strength is how much physical force you can demonstrate when lifting, running, or performing any exercises without experiencing a loss of orende (chi, ki, Prana, life force energy). It is the endurance factor of expended energy over time. Power and strength together create consistency and continuity in being at cause. The ability to choose the physical activities you want means you have good health.

SEXUALITY is the SOUL of the Twenty Count. The Powers of the Universe are twenty variations on the theme of the Universal Life Force Energy, the pulsating Chi that flows through all living matter. That pulse, that throbbing life, is sexuality. The essence of life, the interconnecting web or matrix is the soul of the universe.
We are not isolated entities disconnected from this planet we live on. Each of the powers of the Twenty Count is a manifestation of the spiritual essence, the Soul of the Universe.
The Twenty Count cannot really be taught. Yet describing the powers of the Twenty and dialoguing with them awakens within us the knowing of their existence within and without. The Twenty Count forms the basic framework or structure of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Teachings. It describes the interconnection and interrelationship of all forms of all things.
